Research Specialist

Sabrina Sims (she/her) earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) from The College of New Jersey in 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a research assistant for the Sexual Health and Reproductive Education Lab. During her final year, she completed her senior psychology thesis, in which she conducted a quantitative study focused on depressive symptoms, embodiment, and experiences of sexual pleasure. Her research interests lie in the intersections of mental health and sexual well-being, specifically focusing on the relationships between psychological disorders, experiences of the body, and sexuality. In the future, she plans to earn her PhD in Clinical Psychology and pursue a career in both research and therapy.
